ICCAFFE2011 depends upon contributions to support conference activities. These valuable contributions help make the conference successful as the previous versions. We would like to invite your organization to contribute to the conference to ensure that it is a success.

As a sponsor you will enjoy many benefits: your logo will appear on the conference website and on a variety of printed conference materials and signage, depending on sponsorship level. Sponsors are also invited to request space to exhibit their programs during the conference at no cost. We ask that your institution contribute as a public commitment to both deepening your institution’s connection with scientific and policy spheres.

ICCAFFE2011 also offers opportunities to companies interested to conduct pre- and post-Conference meetings at the Conference venue, on the 22nd and 23rd April only. Below are the meeting packages for function rooms within the Conference venue. The rates include the use of the meeting room and basic AV equipment including: LCD projector, laptop, podium and podium mic, lapel mic, and projection screen. The pre- and/or post-Conference meeting organizers will be responsible for registration and other related meeting costs, such as food & beverage, extra AV equipment, speakers’ accommodation, etc.

The seating capacity for these meeting rooms range between 50 to 80 persons and styles will be chosed by reference to the applicant preference. Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
